All footwear purchased on our web site must not be worn out side or heavily marked as this invalidates our 21-day returns policy and no refunds shall be given unless the footwear is faulty. Wear and tear will be taken into consideration. This includes level of after care.
Footwear is the most important part of anyone’s outdoor experience and we strongly advice to have footwear fitted by professionals like our selves in store so you can get the most your chosen outdoor activity.
All footwear, we recommend should be worn inside for an extended period of time as your feet will swell to a larger size especially in boots.

Please note: all return postage charges to be met by customer, unless returning due to a fault. There is a returns document provided in every parcel for hassle free returns. Any queries can be made to Kountry Kit on 01822 613089 from 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday.
Safety first:
All of the equipment sold on the Kountry Kit web site has a purpose, some more specialist than others. If you are purchasing specialist outdoor equipment e.g.: climbing hard wear, navigation equipment and safety equipment we strongly recommend that you seek the proper training and tuition for your chosen activity before using the equipment as it can be very hazardous and can lead to serious injury or in some cases death.
Pricing:
The pricing on our web site is as accurate for the specific items mentioned, on receiving product it may be a higher price printed on the goods label, this maybe because of a special promotion or sale items.
If incorrect or unsatisfactory product received you will only be credited the price in with you purchased at the time of payment, and any other further reductions of the same goods can not be claimed after original purchase.
Payment:
We accept all types of major credit cards in line with paypal, however we do not accept payment by bank transfer, personal cheques or cash through our Kountry Kit web site.
Payment for goods can be taken up to 24 hours prior to despatching the goods.
Refund/return Conditions:
Cash refunds are not given. You must retain your original purchase receipt. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Delivery:
Delivery will be made within 48 hours, unless affected by postal strikes, severe weather, acts of god or any other conditions out of our control. Delivery will also be affected if some goods happen to be out of stock at the time of order, but if this is the case alternate goods will be offered a due date for the if you wish to wait for the specific items to re-stock. Payment will not be taken unless items ordered are in stock or other wise agreed with customer under special circumstances.
We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for all of our deliveries and are not responsible for delays concerning internal problems with these couriers.
Delivery charges:
- Orders up to £100 in value = £5.00
- Orders from £100.01 up to £200 in value = £7.50
- Orders from £200.01 upwards = free delivery
Statutory rights:
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
